NEW YORK — New York Governor Andrew Cuomo introduced on Saturday that the New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets and the NBA, in collaboration with Huang Ping, China’s consul common have collaborated to donate a million surgical masks to be distributed to New York Metropolis’s important staff.

Along with the masks, Nets proprietor Joe Tsai and his spouse, Clara Wu Tsai, are donating 1,000 ventilators to bolster sources through the coronavirus pandemic.


Cuomo stated that the ventilators, whose supply is being facilitated by the Chinese language authorities, will arrive at JFK Worldwide Airport on Saturday.

“It is a massive deal and it should make a big distinction for us,” Cuomo stated.


The NBA and WNBA, along with gamers and groups, have dedicated $50 million to coronavirus-related aid efforts.
